Postage & Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed via https://the-lair.co.uk, operated by The Lair, trading as TL Computer Systems Wales Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 4561221), with our registered office at 40 Holton Road, Barry, CF63 4HD.
1. Delivery Options
We offer the following UK delivery services:
- Royal Mail 24 – Aims to deliver the next working day (not guaranteed).
- Royal Mail 48 – Aims to deliver within 2–3 working days.
- Evri Standard – Typically delivers within 2–4 working days.
- Evri Express – Typically delivers within 1–2 working days.
You will be able to select your preferred delivery method at checkout. Delivery charges are displayed before payment is completed.
2. Processing & Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are typically dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends or bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.
3. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Where available, tracking details will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. You can use this to follow your parcel via Royal Mail or Evri.
4. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all mainland UK addresses, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands, and Channel Islands (please note extended delivery times may apply).
If you are located outside the UK, please contact us at sales@tlsystems.co.uk before placing your order.
5. Delays & Lost Parcels
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Occasionally, delays may occur due to postal disruptions, weather, or seasonal demand.
- Royal Mail: Allow up to 7 working days before reporting a missing parcel.
- Evri: Allow up to 5 working days.
We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Information
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address details.
7. Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Contact sales@tlsystems.co.uk with your order number and, if applicable, photographs of the issue.
