2. Refunds and Reimbursements
Upon cancellation, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional charges for upgraded delivery services).
Refunds will be processed:
- Within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or
- Within 14 days of receiving evidence that the goods have been returned — whichever is earlier.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
3. Returning Goods
You must return items within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to cancel. Unless the goods are faulty or sent in error, you are responsible for return postage costs.

4. Condition of Returned Goods
To receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in resaleable condition. We cannot accept:
- Items that have been opened, used, painted, or assembled;
- Collectibles or boxed items with broken seals or damage;
- Digital products where downloads or activation has commenced.
5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or repair as appropriate and cover the cost of return postage if applicable.
6. Exclusions
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Digital goods once downloaded or activated;
- Sealed audio, video, or software items that have been unsealed;
